RETURNS

At High Cosmetic Agency, we want you to love your purchase as much as we love creating it. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it easy for you to return your product.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days for makeup products and 30 days for skincare products. To ensure a smooth process, please make sure the item is unused or gently used and in its original packaging.

How to Start Your Return

  1. Send Us an Email: Reach out to us at sales@highcosmeticagency.com with the subject line “RETURN”. In your email, please include:
    • Your order number
    • The product name(s) you’re returning
    • Your full name
    • Your shipping address and ZIP code
    • A brief reason for the return (this helps us improve!)
  2. We’ll Send You a Label: Once we receive your email, we’ll provide you with a free return shipping label and a deadline to send the product back.
  3. Get Your Refund: After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

A Few Helpful Notes

  • Collections, Sets, and Bundles: To qualify for a refund, please return all items in the set.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or isn’t working as expected, let us know within 14 days of delivery by emailing sales@highcosmeticagency.com. We’ll make it right!

REFUNDS

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased on HIGH COSMETIC AGENCY, please get in touch with us. You may return the unused product for exchange or refund by mail within 10 days of the receipt date. All purchases returned unused or unopened will receive a full refund of the price of the item and any applicable taxes or discounts. We are sorry that we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping or refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error. Shipping charges will apply for any refused packages.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used at time of purchase.

Start the process to return or exchange your item, by contacting a team member at info@agencyhighcosmetic.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange. Our team will provide you with further instructions.

We suggest using a tracking service to ensure that your package is delivered to HIGH COSMETIC AGENCY. HIGH COSMETIC AGENCY is not responsible for items that are not received or damaged in transit.

If a return label is requested, the amount will be deducted when your refund is processed.
